Yes, we deliver anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally yet.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We have a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned after approval. Please read our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and make it right.

How long does the battery last?
It has a 1500mAh rechargeable battery rated for 80-100 minutes of use. Actual runtime depends on how you use it.
Is it waterproof?
It is rated IPX6, which handles splashes and rinsing. Do not submerge it completely in water.
What can I clean with it?
Kitchen surfaces, sinks, cooktops, bathroom tiles, shower glass, window tracks and more. Each of the 5 brush heads is designed for a different job, from heavy grease to delicate surfaces.
How do I charge it?
Use the included USB cable with a standard USB power source.
How do I change brush heads?
The heads snap on and off by hand with no tools needed.
